Introduction: We are building a talent pool of freelance Visual Designers with proven experience in the Defence and Space sectors. If you have a strong portfolio that combines graphic design, motion graphics, and content creation, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Visual Design
Design brand assets, pitch decks, brochures, and technical reports with clarity and precision.
Develop infographics and visualisations that translate complex Defence/Space concepts into engaging visuals.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Produce animated explainers, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for presentations, marketing campaigns, and training content.
Create storyboards, concepts, and final edits that bring technical subjects to life.
Content Creation & Brand Development
Support clients with visual identity systems and cross-channel content campaigns.
Generate content for digital platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and client websites.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and industry compliance.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work directly with clients or alongside our internal team to meet project objectives.
Manage your own schedule to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Contribute creative input during ideation and concept development stages.
Requirements
Sector Experience: Familiarity with Defence, Aerospace, or Space industries, and the ability to communicate within these contexts.
Design Expertise: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Motion Graphics: Experience in After Effects (or similar) for animation and motion design.
Content Creation: Confidence in producing creative campaigns spanning digital, print, and video.
Creative Thinking: Ability to distil complex technical information into accessible and engaging visuals.
Professionalism: Reliable, independent, and able to manage multiple freelance projects.
Bonus Skills: Exposure to 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine) or interactive content is an advantage.

Photography: Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring the production of high-quality images that meet project requirements and objectives. Proficiency in various photography techniques is expected.
Creative Input: Collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life through visually compelling images. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the storytelling aspect of the visuals.

We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance Videographers to join our team on a project basis.
As a self-employed Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage that aligns with our creative vision. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in videography techniques, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that meets project requirements and objectives.
Creative Input: Collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling.
Equipment: Must own and be proficient in operating your own camera and lenses with a second camera body to use in the event of primary failure. Familiarity with additional equipment, such as stabilisers and lighting, is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Have a strong understanding of camera settings, composition, and lighting to ensure the highest possible video quality.
Timeline Management: Meet shoot timings and manage time effectively to deliver finished raw video assets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
